We are a full-service research and evaluation social science firm, specializing in economic landscape issues that impact housing, food, education, leadership, and workforce economies.

Educa centers a culturally responsive approach that informs both our corporate philosophy and our methodological designs. We understand that culture is not limited to factors of race and ethnicity. Culture includes a kaleidoscope of contextual factors that must be acknowledged and can be analytically modeled.

Through providing services that include research, evaluation, training, and meeting facilitation, we seek to identify and honor the contextual realities that shape sense making, strength building, and problem solving.

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Kimberly Harris, a trained economist, researcher, and evaluator, Educa is a 100% woman-owned, minority-owned firm. From the beginning, Educa began its work doing research and evaluation on behalf of foundations, think tanks, advocacy groups, and universities.
